Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are print-on-demand and typically print and ship within 2-3 business days of order placement. Actual service times may vary based on order volume and facility capacity.

Delivery Times
Once your order ships, delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout:

Standard Shipping (USPS): 7-10 business days
Ground Shipping: 5-7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 3-5 business days
Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all addresses within the United States (all 50 states, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands). International shipping is not available at this time.

Order Tracking
You will receive two emails:

Order Confirmation - sent immediately after your purchase is complete
Shipping Confirmation - sent when your order ships, including a tracking number (for trackable shipping methods)

Please note: Basic/Standard shipping does not include tracking to the final destination.

Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and delivery address. Sales tax will be added where applicable.

Credit Card Statements
Charges from Connecting Bridges Publishing orders will appear on your statement as LIGHTNINGSRC/INGMSPK.

Return & Exchange Policy

Our Commitment to Quality
We take pride in delivering high-quality books to our readers. Every book is printed fresh when you order and carefully packaged for shipment.

Damaged or Defective Books
If your book arrives damaged, defective, or with printing errors, we will gladly send you a replacement at no additional cost. Please contact us at publisher@connectingbridgespublishing.com within 30 days of receiving your order with:

Your order number (found in your order confirmation email)
The email address used at checkout
Photos of the damage or defect
A brief description of the issue

We will review your request and typically print and ship replacement books within 2-3 business days of resolving your request.

Important Policy Notes

No refunds: Due to the print-on-demand nature of our books, we do not offer monetary refunds. We provide replacement copies for damaged or defective books only.
Orders cannot be canceled or modified: Once an order is submitted, we are unable to edit shipping addresses or cancel orders as books enter production immediately.
No returns for change of mind: We cannot accept returns for books in new/undamaged condition due to buyer's remorse or change of preference.

Wrong Book Received
If you receive the wrong book due to an error on our part, please contact us immediately. We will send you the correct title and provide instructions for the incorrect book.

Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please:

Check with neighbors or household members
Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation
Contact your local post office or shipping carrier
If the package cannot be located after 3 business days, contact us and we'll work with you to resolve the issue

Save your order confirmation email - you'll need this information if you need to contact customer service
Double-check your shipping address - orders cannot be changed once submitted
Allow full delivery time - contact us only if your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window
